For anyone that is moving to Ulsan form another country it can all be a little daunting, when you also have a family to cater for it can seem a little impossible. I can remember how hard it was to actually find information before we came, so here are a few useful links and places where you can find information. There are also a few websites listed below that deliver to Ulsan / South Korea with reasonable shipping charges.
Facebook is a really good source of information & the expat community is usually more than happy to answer any questions that you may have. There seems to me to be two distinct groups of expats here in Ulsan, the teachers & the oil company workers that are usually associated with projects at the HHI shipyard.
www.iHerb.com - I order from them pretty much weekly, $4USD flat shipping rate for 15lbs, I use the app on my phone.
www.global.gmarket.co.kr - they pretty much have everything on here. I had our agent order the kids beds so they were ready when we got here. I order everything from kids toys, almonds, club soda to evening dresses from here, although it can be a little tricky to use as some text is in English others in Korean.
