We're taking the kids to see the wizard of Oz tonight at the English Music School - Dongrami Theatre.

We've never been to there before so I hope we find it ok, we'll probably just end up taking a taxi.  On a side note, Taxi's here are really reasonably priced.

Here is their address:
1100-10, Dowon Building 2F,
Sinjung2-Dong, Nam-Gu, Ulsan,
Korea 680-832

Phone number: 052-258-1248 (handy to put into GPS for directions)

EDIT:  We did take a taxi as the performance started at 7.30pm & traffic from Dong-gu to downtown (Nam-gu) is shocking, it took about a hour to get there (usually 20-25minutes with out traffic).  The first taxi driver didn't want to take us & pretended to not understand me (which hasn't happened to me before).  Anyway, I called up to get more specific directions & was told to tell the taxi driver 'Ulsan Hotel' which worked fantastically.

The other thing that I realised once we got there that they are located on one of the roads off the HUGE round about (rotary) in Namgu which is a land mark in its self (I really need to get better at pronouncing Korean words better so they stick in my memory...).  Once we got out of the taxi we weren't to sure where to go but luckily someone pointed us in the right direction.  If you stand with you back towards the rotary with Ulsan hotel on your left, there is a row of about 2-3 buildings next to it with shopfronts, you're looking for the entrance/doorway on your furthermost (I think) right of those shopfronts.

The theatre itself is a great little set up for amateur theatre with raised padded step seating & the stage at floor level. Which was perfect.  We all thoroughly enjoyed the show, everyone involved in the production did a fantastic job.  I loved the comments from our kids when they weren't staring in awed attention or clapping along.  Our 5 year old at the start said "it's like she's in a tornado!" um, yep, that would be right, lol.  And our 3 year old daughter - I'd explained to her that the wicked witch had melted, then at the end when the cast came back on stage she shouted "SHE'S BACK, SHE'S BACK! THE WITCH IS BACK!!!". :)

So glad we went, it was great!  We'll definitely go again.
