We are an Australian family living in Dong-gu, Ulsan (not Seoul) and are looking for a full time live in helper to help out with daily tasks round our busy household.
We have 3 children, a 6 year old boy & 3 year old twins - a boy and a girl. Our kids are very well behaved though highly curious and always on the go, so we need someone who keep up with them. We are a caring family who would like to invite the right person to join us in our South Korean stay for the next 12 - 24 months.
This is not a standard 9am-5pm job hours will vary, as will days required. 1.5 days off per week as well as national public holidays. The main help needed will be during busy times such as morning school preparation, meal times and children's bed times along with house hold cleaning and some cooking and with evening babysitting (children are usually in bed, we just require someone in the house).
Our requirements:
Someone that is good with kids i.e. patient and caring. Can or is willing to learn how to cook without wheat or dairy due to children's food allergies. Is open to the hours and tasks that we require help with (must be flexible). This will include cleaning and some evening baby sitting.  Essentially we are after someone who is able to fill the gaps in our daily tasks when we are unable to do it ourselves.

Start Date: 27th/ 28th July 2014 (approximately)

Salary:   Paid fortnight (twice monthly) negotiable

Payment: Korean won, either in cash or transferred to your nominated bank account.

Tax: A tax consultant form Air Tax said there is no need to pay tax.

Position includes:
A fully furnished bedroom, sofa and queen size bed, meals, WiFi, toiletries and a mobile phone will also be provided.

Visa:
F-1 Visa sponsorship is available.  As per Korean law on visas if the sponsored person stops working for the sponsor the visa becomes void & another visa needs to be applied for.

National Holidays:
There are about 11 national holidays in Korea in most circumstances these will be given as days off.   Local holidays will not be given as time off.  Mark has to work all holidays.  These holidays cannot be accumulated or saved up.

Time Off:
1.5 days off per week, meaning half day Saturday (starting once the children have finished lunch) and a full day off on Sunday.  We are happy to give other time off according to our schedule but this needs to be flexible.

Work Day: Approximately 6.30/7am to 6.30/7pm, a 1 hour lunch break, this break may be longer if there are no special requirements that day. Evening babysitting as required.  In most circumstances we will have put the children to bed before we go out.
