I thought with school staring things would get a whole lot easier. In some regards they have, I have a couple of hours with no kids which is great but its very very busy! Oscar & Ella are loving school but are struggling a little & are worn out when I pick them up at 12pm.
A few weekends ago another mum, Deborah Holt, & I took the kids for a long weekend away to Gyeongju which was great & Mark is going to take some time off in a few weeks so we can go on a family holiday which will be nice. Here are some pics form the last few months.

It hasn't been anywhere near as bad as I thought it would be. Not like last year. Been in a new place and not knowing the lay of the land with 3 little ones did my head it. This year it seems quite manageable.
I'm not actually sure where the last 2 weeks have gone. A few days were lazy days at home cause the kids weren't feeling great but other than that we've been busy enough :) Here are some pics form the last few weeks. We had such a fantastic time with our visitors form Oz. We spent 4 nights in Seoul & did the DMZ tour and visited Lotte world & a few other spots which was great. Spent some time at home then did a trip to Gyeongju which was fantastic (other than losing my glasses!). The first time in the year we've been here that I've seen South Korean 'culture' in the way of artworks & crafts :)
Oh & Ella forgot how to walk, she mastered the art of twisting Grandad & Uncle Neil round her finger, lol. Here are some of photos. We had a fantastic with Nan, Grandad & Uncle Neil here but towards the end of their stay the kids & I all came down with something. It hung around another few days after they left too. Oscar & Ella haven't napped in a while & they both passed out (on different days) of their own accord :)
Hard to believe that we're 2 weeks in already, that, and it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be :) The first week of the holidays Rich had football camp & Oscar & Ella were sick. This week I've concentrated on changing the house around. The kids are playing camping in a fort at the moment so its nice to have a few minutes to write and post photos. Freya & Skrop arrive in Seoul tomorrow which we're all looking forward to very much. We're going to meet them there and do some sight seeing for a few days then we'll be back to Ulsan Tuesday. I'm looking forward to getting to see a bit of Korea as even though we've been here a year we haven't seen too much of it. Rich had so been looking forward to his party but the last few days his behaviour has been shocking & I was so tempted to cancel.... This morning the poor little monkey woke up with a bit of a fever. What does one do when the birthday boy is sick...? Well, he decided he still wanted to have the party. At least it explains his behaviour too.
He was a trooper. When Mark brought the kids home Rich threw up several times & isn't feeling great. He didn't even eat much of the junk food. He was to tired to even open all of his presents tonight. He really wanted to but just didn't have the energy. Poor little monkey. Here are some pics from the day x Life as usual has been busy busy busy. Oscar & Ella have started the induction 'Stay & Play' program for when they start 'school' (kindy) in September. The school year here goes from September to the end of June. They absolutely love it. Some of the kids even after the 3rd session weren't too keen to let mummy leave the room. Right form the start Oscar & Ella didn't even bother saying bye mum, lol. Even though the parents just pop into a different part of the building for half a hour while the kids stay with their class & teachers :)
We also found out that Mark's on the next project so we're going to be here to 2016, so another 2 years. We had to renew our Alien Residence Cards, that was a fun 4 hours at immigration ;) At least we won't have to do it again ('IF' the project runs on time....). Rich's party is next Saturday. My evenings have been consumed by making stickers, cutting them out, cutting out lego masks, putting together activity books (most of the families here take off for the summer so I thought it'd be great for the kids while they are spending 10+ hours on a plane!) & making lego boxes. Yep, crazy lady! Here are the pics I've taken over the last week or so :) Well for Rich anyway, Mark has engine testing so I think he'll even be working his normal Sunday that he has off. Oh the joy...
We've managed to keep the last few days occupied. With a birthday party on Wednesday, a quiet day on Thursday because of rain & arts and crafts yesterday followed by a ride on their new bikes as the weather finally got better. The kids are at the park at the moment & I'm doing some more stuff for Rich's birthday. Last night I printed & cut out sheets of stickers I'd made up form images I'd downloaded & tried making a lego box. I'm about to head out to see if I can find some A3 paper. Here's a few pics form the last few days. I didn't manage to get a pic of Ella on her bike... Will do next time. Here are a few resources I've found. Have downloaded most of what I need (I think) but popping them here too incase I loose them.
